Recently we wrote about a large-scale update of the Online gaming Australia website, one of the most popular payment services in Australia. The service also has mobile applications for iOS and Android, which are also constantly being worked on. Today we will tell you about five functions that you might not know about and which can noticeably simplify your many tasks.
Payment with Mastercard QR
To make a payment using this technology, you simply need to scan a code with the Mastercard QR logo, if the merchant has made it possible, then select the card in the Masterpass wallet and confirm the payment - without entering the card number, expiration date and CVV code. You can pay for purchases in both online and offline outlets. Thanks to technology, you can pay with your card even in places that do not have a terminal - the merchant will simply generate a QR-code for you.
How exactly does the payment process with Mastercard QR technology happen in EasyPay application? In the right top corner at the main page of the application there is a button in the form of a QR code. When you click on it you will go straight to the process of scanning. After you just need to choose a card from the wallet and make the payment. Convenience is provided not only by the technology itself, but also by quick access to it in the app.
Automatic saving of cards
When you pay with a card through the EZIPay app, saving its data (number, expiration date - except only CVV) is done automatically. That is, you do not even need to add the card to your personal cabinet before payment - you can just pay for some service with it at once. The card will be saved, and you won't have to add it or manually enter the number or even scan it for the second time.
Moreover, this function works in accordance with the international PCI DSS security protocol from VISA and Mastercard, which provides for encryption of data and eliminates the possibility of unauthorized use of your card. In addition, the CVV-code is not stored in the application, and without it you can't make a payment.
