BuddyPress allow the user to show global, personal profile, and group activity streams with single-stream view.
It allow your users to break the discussion down into specific topics at public, private or hidden groups. It allow each of your users to start their own full powered WordPress blog with multisite feature.
Users can track the activity each other, and edit the profile field on frontend of sites. They also can change their notification options and sensitive account information.
User can talk to each other directly with private messaging feature and make discussion forums that built on the lightweight and powerful bbPress platform.
